So we set off Sunday afternoon bang on time
First night on board was getting my sea legs so to speak and trying to find our way round what is to be home till Thursday 
Haven’t slept so well on tour in ages as I did on the boat – whether it was the rocking I don’t know but woke up totally refreshed
Today has been a shore visit to Nassau third time for me here
That was a speeded up sunset on Sunday evening
So the band are headlining tonight and we have a shore day at half moon cay tonight
I love my job but there have been times today when memories sneak out of my eyes and roll down my cheek
